Should you have a report to submit, there are 2 options to do that.
- Report with funds or no funds (None/Negative) on Ohio Business Gateway.
- Mail your NAUPA file (or forms) with your unclaimed funds check to:

Columbus, OH 43215.
Please add your company name and FEIN # on the memo of the check.
